Kasten has always taken an unconventional approach to life and her career. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, Kasten spent several years windsurfing around the world.

She continued to blaze her own trail by creating a business around her own unique set of talents. Because there was no business model to follow, Kasten developed her business through trial and error (mostly error), and the lessons she learned along the way are invaluable to her clients and audiences.

Kasten has had the pleasure of working in a large variety of industries.

Living in foreign countries and being exposed to various cultures gives her a very global perspective on business.
